  • Tracking & fulfilment: Shopify → Mirakl Connect When you ship orders in Shopify and add tracking details, the integration sends fulfilment status and tracking information back to Mirakl Connect so marketplaces and end customers see up-to-date shipment data.
  • Stock: Shopify → Mirakl Connect Shopify acts as the stock “master”. When inventory changes in Shopify for mapped items (sales, returns, adjustments, etc.), updated stock levels (and optionally prices) are pushed to Mirakl Connect offers.
  • Refunds: Shopify → Mirakl Connect When you record a refund on a Shopify order that corresponds to a Mirakl Connect order, the integration creates or updates the matching refund in Mirakl Connect so marketplace reports reflect your Shopify financial records.
