Orders are imported on a schedule every 15 minutes, looking back over approximately the last 2 hours of DocMorris orders. There is also a manual import option you can use to backfill or test.
  • Shipment tracking When an order imported from DocMorris is fulfilled in Shopify, shipment tracking information (such as tracking numbers and carriers) is sent back to DocMorris. This runs via webhooks, meaning updates are pushed in near real time as fulfilments are created or updated in Shopify. Shopify is the source of truth for tracking; DocMorris is kept up to date for customer communication and marketplace requirements.
  • Stock levels When inventory changes in Shopify (for example because of sales, returns or stock adjustments), updated stock levels are sent to DocMorris so that marketplace availability stays accurate.
