How does Synchron.io pricing work?

Our pricing is based on the number of integrations and the plan you choose: Standard, Advanced or Custom. You can pay monthly or yearly, annual plans include 2 months free, and there is no setup fee or long-term contract.

Do you charge based on GMV or sales volume?

No. Synchron pricing is based on the number of integrations you use. We do not charge a percentage of your sales, and we do not add automatic overage fees based on GMV or order volume.

Are there setup fees or long-term contracts?

No. You can start with a free trial, then choose a monthly or yearly plan. There are no setup fees and no long-term contract.

What happens if I exceed my monthly orders/transfers allowance?

Your integrations continue to run. The allowance helps us recommend the plan that best matches your usage. If your volume grows significantly over time, we may contact you to discuss a more suitable plan.

Are all workflows available for every integration?

Available workflows depend on the systems being connected. Synchron supports a wide range of ecommerce, marketplace, catalog, refund, stock, price, invoice, and document workflows where each platform allows it.

Do all plans include monitoring and manual tools?

Yes. Monitoring and manual tools are included across plans, with more advanced workflow configuration and support options available on Advanced and Custom.

Can I try Synchron.io before committing to a plan?

Yes, we offer a free trial so you can explore the platform, connect your first integrations, and validate your workflows before choosing a paid plan.

The application I want to connect is not listed

We continuously add new connectors for popular applications and cloud services. If your application is not listed, contact us with the details and we will confirm if an integration is feasible or already planned on our roadmap.

Is my data secure with Synchron.io?

We use secure API and OAuth connections where supported, strict access controls, passkey sign-in, payload masking, and activity history to help teams operate safely.

How does Synchron.io support complex or high-volume operations?

Custom is designed for high-volume workflows, bespoke mappings, priority configuration, assisted validation, and highest priority support for complex operational requirements.
