- How does Synchron.io pricing work?
Our pricing is based on the number of integrations and the plan you choose (Launch, Growth or Enterprise). You can pay monthly or annually via Stripe, and you may cancel your subscription at any time. Your integrations remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- Is there a sandbox or test environment?
Yes. All plans include a sandbox environment so you can validate mappings and workflows safely before going live. Higher plans add dedicated or multi-environment setups for more advanced testing scenarios.
- What happens if I exceed my monthly transaction quota?
If you exceed your plan’s monthly transaction limit, you’ll receive an email notification, but your integrations and workflows will continue to run. If you exceed the limit over several months, our team will contact you to recommend a plan better aligned with your usage.
- What support and SLA do you offer?
All plans include email support. Growth adds priority email and in-app chat with a next-business-day target response time. Enterprise comes with enhanced SLAs, faster response on critical incidents, and the option for a dedicated success contact.
- Can I try Synchron.io before committing to a plan?
Yes, we offer a free trial so you can explore the platform, connect your first integrations, and validate your workflows before choosing a paid plan.
- The application I want to connect is not listed
We continuously add new connectors for popular applications and cloud services. If your application is not listed, contact us with the details and we will confirm if an integration is feasible or already planned on our roadmap.
- Is my data secure with Synchron.io?
We use industry-standard encryption, secure APIs and strict access controls to protect your data. Higher plans can include additional security options such as SSO and more granular permissions.
- Can I try Synchron.io before committing to a plan?
Yes, we offer a free trial period for you to explore our platform’s features and integrations, allowing you to evaluate how Synchron.io fits your business needs with no upfront commitment.
- How does Synchron.io support enterprise-scale operations?
