Mirakl Connect is the source of marketplace orders and marketplace-side refund or return information. Eligible orders can be imported into Shopify every 15 minutes, checking the last 2 hours of orders, and refunded Mirakl Connect orders can be checked every 15 minutes over the last 1 hour.

Shopify is the source of fulfilment, tracking, inventory and optional offer price updates. Tracking, stock and Shopify-side refund events run in near real time when the relevant event happens in Shopify.

Manual import is available for the scheduled Mirakl Connect to Shopify workflows. This can be useful for testing, backfills, reconciliation or support investigations before enabling a wider automated rollout.

How often are orders imported from Mirakl Connect into Shopify?

The order import workflow runs every 15 minutes and checks the last 2 hours of eligible Mirakl Connect orders. Manual import is also available for testing, backfills or support cases.

Why is a Mirakl Connect order missing from Shopify?

The order may not have the configured Mirakl Connect status, may not have been accepted yet, or may contain products that cannot be matched or created in Shopify depending on your settings.

What happens if a product cannot be matched in Shopify?

If automatic product creation is enabled, the missing product can be created in Shopify. If it is disabled, the order may be skipped until product identifiers are corrected.

Can stock from multiple Shopify warehouses be combined before being sent to Mirakl Connect?

Yes, but only enable stock aggregation if your team can fulfil marketplace orders from the combined stock pool. Otherwise, Mirakl Connect could show stock that is not actually available from the right warehouse.

Can price updates be sent from Shopify to Mirakl Connect?

Yes, the stock workflow can optionally update offer prices. Enable this only when Shopify is the trusted source for prices on the affected offers.

Why did a tracking update not appear in Mirakl Connect?

The Shopify fulfilment must contain usable tracking information and be linked to the corresponding Mirakl Connect order. Missing carrier or tracking details can prevent a complete marketplace update.

How do refund workflows work in both directions?

Shopify refunds can be sent to Mirakl Connect when refunds are recorded in Shopify. Marketplace-side refunds or returns can also be imported from Mirakl Connect into Shopify through a separate scheduled workflow.
