The Mirakl + Billbee integration connects Mirakl marketplace operations with Billbee order and fulfilment management. It is designed for sellers who want to process marketplace orders in Billbee while keeping Mirakl updated automatically.

Target

Mirakl orders can be imported into Billbee for shipping and invoicing workflows. In the other direction, Billbee can send tracking information, stock levels and invoice documents back to Mirakl. A separate workflow can also reflect shipment statuses from Mirakl in Billbee when an external fulfilment tool manages shipping.

Mirakl is the source for marketplace orders. The order import runs every 15 minutes and checks the previous 4 hours. Eligible orders are created in Billbee with their customer and item information. A manual import is also available for testing, backfills or support investigations.

Billbee is normally the source for fulfilment data, stock and invoice documents. Tracking and stock changes are sent to Mirakl in near real time when the relevant events happen in Billbee. Invoice uploads run every 15 minutes and check the previous hour for eligible documents.

When shipping is managed by an external fulfilment service that updates Mirakl directly, Mirakl can instead be the source of shipment status. In that setup, the shipped-order workflow checks every 15 minutes and marks the corresponding Billbee order as shipped only after the Mirakl order is fully shipped.

How often are orders and invoices synchronised?

Mirakl orders are checked every 15 minutes across the previous 4 hours. Billbee invoices are checked every 15 minutes across the previous hour. Tracking and stock updates from Billbee are sent in near real time when the relevant events occur.

Why was a Mirakl order not imported into Billbee?

Check whether the order matches the configured payment and status filters. With the defaults, the order must be paid and in the SHIPPING state. Also confirm that the selected Mirakl shop is correct and that the order items can be identified in Billbee.

Can orders waiting for acceptance be imported automatically?

Yes. Enable automatic acceptance and include WAITING_ACCEPTANCE in the selected Mirakl order states. Without both settings, waiting orders will not be fetched and accepted by this workflow.

Why was tracking not sent to Mirakl?

Confirm that the order was fulfilled in Billbee, includes the required shipment information and is linked to the correct Mirakl order. Also check whether the workflow is restricted to a different Mirakl Shop ID.

Why did a stock change not reach Mirakl?

The Billbee product must be matched to a Mirakl offer. Verify the product reference used across both systems, the selected Mirakl shop and whether Billbee produced a stock-change event.

Why is an invoice missing from the Mirakl order?

The invoice must already exist in Billbee and be linked to the relevant Mirakl order. The upload runs every 15 minutes and checks the previous hour, so allow for the next scheduled run after the invoice is created.
