Plans built around normal monthly volume
Choose based on your normal volume, not your busiest month. Starter includes the complete standard ecommerce workflow set and stock where supported. Standard adds headroom and flexibility; Advanced adds higher volume, advanced configuration and priority support.
For very small stores: core Sellsy automation up to 100 orders per month.
For most small stores: the complete standard Sellsy ecommerce experience, including stock where supported.
Everything in Starter, with more capacity and workflow flexibility for established ecommerce operations.
Advanced and Custom keep the same integration and monitoring experience while adding more capacity, advanced configuration and priority support.
Temporary peaks are fine. We do not block workflows or add surprise overage charges.
Everything in Standard, with 5,000 orders, advanced configuration and priority support.
Everything in Advanced, with bespoke volume, workflows and business rules.
Fair usage, without surprise billing
Choose a plan around your normal monthly volume. If Christmas, a campaign or a strong month pushes you temporarily above the allowance, your workflows keep running.
Your busiest month does not define your plan.
We do not automatically charge for the excess or bill previous peaks retrospectively. If your normal usage consistently and materially outgrows the plan over time, we will contact you before asking you to move to a more suitable plan for a future billing period.
Customer matching, product matching and the Sellsy document do not turn one ecommerce order into several usage units.
A busy Christmas, campaign or launch does not trigger an immediate plan change or interrupt your workflows.
Temporary excess usage is not turned into an unexpected invoice and previous peaks are not billed retrospectively.
If your normal usage materially outgrows the plan over time, we contact you before a future plan change.
Included from Starter
€39For Shopify, PrestaShop and Wix, Starter includes Sellsy → ecommerce stock synchronization. Stock is a day-to-day ecommerce need, so we include it from €39 wherever the connector supports it.
Included in Starter where supported
A complete operational platform
Synchron lets you monitor Sellsy transfers, understand failures and retry supported workflows yourself after fixing the underlying issue, instead of relying on support for every exception.
Follow workflow activity and understand whether transfers completed.
See failed transfers and the context needed to investigate them.
Replay supported workflows after the underlying issue is corrected.
Use mappings and settings tailored to each connector and the capabilities its platform actually supports.

Frequently asked questions
Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop and Wix with Sellsy qualify. HubSpot + Sellsy starts on Standard because it covers broader CRM and business-process workflows.
Starter is the complete standard Sellsy ecommerce offer for stores that normally process up to 300 orders per month. It includes the ready-made workflows available for your connector, monitoring, logs, recovery tools where supported, standard mappings, email support and stock synchronization where the connector supports it.
One ecommerce order counts as one order. Customer and product matching, the associated Sellsy document and internal workflow records do not turn that order into several usage units. Related refund and stock workflows are not counted as extra ecommerce orders.
Your integrations keep running and there is no automatic overage charge. Monthly allowances describe the normal usage a plan is designed for, so seasonal campaigns and occasional busy months are fine. Previous peaks are not billed retrospectively.
Usually not. We look at sustained normal usage rather than a single month. If your business consistently and materially outgrows the plan over time, we will contact you before asking you to move to a more suitable plan for a future billing period.
Starter does not suddenly stop at order 301. If your normal volume stays close to the Starter allowance, occasional or modest excess usage is fine. Standard becomes appropriate when your sustained volume or workflow requirements genuinely move to the next level.
Yes, from Starter where the connector supports it. It is currently available for Shopify, PrestaShop and Wix with Sellsy. WooCommerce + Sellsy currently focuses on order-to-invoice automation.
The 30-day trial lets you validate the complete Sellsy ecommerce experience with your own data. After the trial, very small stores can continue on Free within the 100-order normal monthly allowance, while growing stores can choose Starter or a higher plan.
No. HubSpot + Sellsy is a broader CRM and sales-process integration, so it is not eligible for Free or Starter and starts on Standard at €150 per month.
They are included where the actual connector supports them. Shopify and PrestaShop currently document refund-to-credit-note workflows; workflow coverage is shown on each connector card and integration page.
Yes. Free, Starter, Standard, Advanced and Custom use the same Synchron platform, so you can add capacity and more advanced options without migrating to another integration product.
Yes. Yearly plans include two months free: Starter is €390/year, Standard €1,500/year and Advanced €3,500/year.
No. Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop and Wix expose different capabilities. The connector cards and full integration pages show the workflows currently available for each pair.
Validate the workflows with your own data. Then stay on Free if your store normally processes up to 100 orders per month, or choose the plan that matches your business.
