It is designed for brands and retailers that sell on Mirakl-based marketplaces while using Shopify as their ecommerce or order management system. Mirakl remains your marketplace sales channel, while Shopify acts as your central hub to manage fulfilment, customer service and reporting.

  • From Mirakl to Shopify
  • Orders: New Mirakl marketplace orders are imported into Shopify as Shopify orders. Mirakl is the source of truth for order creation and initial order status.
  • Refunds / closed orders: When Mirakl orders are closed or refunded, the integration creates matching refunds in Shopify so that payouts, financial reports and stock in Shopify reflect what has happened on the marketplace.
  • From Shopify to Mirakl
  • Tracking and shipment updates: When you fulfil orders in Shopify and add tracking numbers and carrier details, these shipment updates are sent back to Mirakl so marketplace orders show the correct delivery status. Optionally, invoice PDFs can also be uploaded.
  • Stock levels: When inventory changes in Shopify (sales, returns, adjustments), Mirakl offer stock is updated accordingly. You can control which Shopify locations are taken into account and whether stock is aggregated across locations.
  • Refunds: When a refund is created in Shopify, the integration can create a corresponding refund in Mirakl so that marketplace buyers and finance teams see the same refund information.

Mirakl orders are checked and imported every 15 minutes, looking at the last 2 hours of activity. Mirakl refunded or closed orders are checked every 15 minutes for the last 1 hour. Both workflows include a manual import option, which you can use to pull recent data immediately or to test configuration changes.
