Mirakl is the source of truth for marketplace orders. New eligible Mirakl orders are imported into BigCommerce every 15 minutes, checking the last 4 hours of orders. Manual import is also available for testing, backfills or support investigations.

BigCommerce is the source of truth for shipment tracking and inventory changes. When a BigCommerce order is shipped, tracking information is sent to Mirakl in near real time. When stock changes in BigCommerce, the corresponding Mirakl offer stock is updated in near real time.

This setup allows merchants to fulfil Mirakl marketplace orders from BigCommerce while keeping Mirakl customers and marketplace operations up to date.

A: The order may not match the selected payment filter, order-state filter or Mirakl Shop ID. It may also be missing product or offer data needed to create the BigCommerce order.

Q: Which Mirakl order state should I use?

A: SHIPPING is the usual choice because it represents orders ready to fulfil. If you want to automatically accept orders first, include orders waiting for acceptance as well.

Q: Can I test the order import before going live?

A: Yes. Manual import can be used to test a specific order or backfill recent orders before relying on the scheduled workflow.

Q: Why did tracking not appear in Mirakl?

A: Check that the order was shipped in BigCommerce, that carrier and tracking details are present, and that the BigCommerce order can be matched to the Mirakl order.

Q: Why did a stock update not change the Mirakl offer?

A: The BigCommerce product must match the corresponding Mirakl offer. Also check whether a Mirakl Shop ID is limiting the update to a specific shop.
