  • Third, stock updates move from Shopify to Allegro. Shopify is the source of truth for inventory in this flow. When stock changes in Shopify, the integration updates the corresponding Allegro offers in near real time through webhooks, so your marketplace availability stays aligned with your store inventory.

What happens if a product in the order cannot be found in Shopify?
That depends on your settings. If automatic product creation is enabled, the integration can create the missing product in Shopify and continue with the order import. If it is disabled, the order is skipped until the product identifiers are corrected.
How often are orders, tracking, and stock updated?
Allegro orders are imported on a schedule every 15 minutes, typically looking back over the last 2 hours. Tracking and stock updates from Shopify are webhook-based, so they are usually sent in near real time when the related event happens in Shopify.
Why is tracking not visible in Allegro?
Make sure the order was actually fulfilled in Shopify and that tracking details were recorded there. Also check whether the carrier could be recognized or whether the fallback carrier settings need adjustment. If Allegro status updates are disabled, tracking may still be sent, but the Allegro fulfillment stage will not change automatically.
Why is stock not updating on Allegro?
