Allegro is the source for marketplace orders. The order import workflow runs every 15 minutes and checks the last 2 hours of Allegro orders. Eligible orders are created in Shopify so fulfilment and customer service teams can process them there. Manual import is also available for testing, backfills or support investigations.
Shopify is the source for fulfilment and tracking information. When a Shopify fulfilment event happens, tracking details can be sent back to Allegro in near real time, including carrier information and the configured Allegro fulfilment status.
Shopify is also the source of truth for stock. When Shopify inventory changes, the integration can update matching Allegro offers in near real time. Stock updates can use all Shopify locations or be limited to selected locations, depending on how your warehouses are organised.

How often are Allegro orders imported into Shopify?
The order import runs every 15 minutes and checks the last 2 hours of Allegro orders. Manual import is also available for testing, backfills and support investigations.
Why was an Allegro order not imported into Shopify?
The order may not match the configured checkout, fulfilment or sent-state filters. It may also fail to import if the products cannot be matched and automatic product creation is disabled.
What happens if an Allegro offer cannot be matched to a Shopify product?
For order import, the integration can create missing Shopify products when that option is enabled. If automatic creation is disabled, the order may be skipped until the product identifiers are corrected.
Why was tracking not updated in Allegro?
The Shopify fulfilment must contain usable tracking information. If the carrier cannot be matched, the fallback carrier is used. Allegro may reject the update if the carrier value is not valid for your account.
Can the integration update Allegro order status after shipping?
Yes. The tracking workflow can update the Allegro fulfilment status after sending tracking information. The default status is SENT, but this can be changed if your process uses another stage.
How are Allegro stock updates matched?
The stock workflow finds Allegro offers using the configured identifier source, such as SKU. The matching value must exist on the Allegro offer, otherwise the offer cannot be updated reliably.
Can stock updates be limited to specific Shopify warehouses?
Yes. The stock workflow can use all Shopify locations or only selected locations. This is useful when only some warehouses should contribute stock to Allegro.
