Why was a Bol.com order not imported into Shopify?

The order may not match the configured fulfilment method or order status. It may also fail to import if the matching Shopify product cannot be found and automatic product creation is disabled.

What happens if a Bol.com offer cannot be matched to a Shopify product?

If product creation is enabled, the missing product can be created in Shopify. If product creation is disabled, the order is not imported so the product identifiers can be reviewed and corrected first.

Should I match products by barcode?

Use barcode matching when Bol.com and Shopify share reliable EAN, UPC or GTIN values. If your Shopify barcodes are incomplete or inconsistent, review them before enabling barcode-based matching.
