Why was a HubSpot quote not turned into a Sellsy invoice?

The quote must match the configured eligible statuses and have enough customer and line item information to create an invoice. Scheduled imports can also ignore quotes older than the configured quote age limit.

What happens if a customer or product cannot be matched?
