Integration guide
How Driven Brands and WooCommerce work together
Why?
The Mirakl + WooCommerce integration helps WooCommerce merchants sell on Mirakl marketplaces while keeping daily operations centred around WooCommerce.
Target
It imports eligible Mirakl marketplace orders into WooCommerce, so teams can prepare and fulfil them using their existing WooCommerce processes, shipping methods and plugins. It also sends WooCommerce tracking updates and stock changes back to Mirakl.
Benefits
This helps reduce manual order entry, keeps marketplace stock more accurate, and makes it easier to keep Mirakl customers informed with up-to-date shipment information.
Data flows
What moves between the apps
Primary sync path
Orders are created in Mirakl and imported into WooCommerce. The order import runs every 15 minutes and checks the last 4 hours of Mirakl orders. Manual import is also available for testing, backfills or support investigations.
WooCommerce is the source of truth for fulfilment and tracking updates. When a WooCommerce order is fulfilled, the shipment and tracking information is sent back to Mirakl in near real time.
WooCommerce is also the source of truth for stock levels. When inventory changes in WooCommerce for products linked to Mirakl offers, the corresponding Mirakl offer quantities are updated in near real time.

Reliability
Monitoring, failure handling and manual replay
Synchron focuses on operational visibility after the sale: logs, error context, monitoring and replay where supported. Read about trust and reliability.
Failure handling
- Configured transfers are monitored with workflow logs and error context so teams can see which record failed and why.
- Failures commonly need the underlying issue corrected first, such as credentials, permissions, product matching, order state, carrier data or a marketplace API response.
- Where the workflow supports it, corrected transfers can be replayed or manually re-run instead of starting the whole process from scratch.
Manual replay
- Manual import is useful during onboarding, backfills, support checks and controlled reprocessing of specific records.
- Replay still depends on correcting the underlying issue first, such as product matching, credentials, permissions or invalid source data.

FAQ
Common questions
How often are Mirakl orders imported?
The order import runs every 15 minutes and checks the last 4 hours of Mirakl orders. Manual import is also available for testing, backfills or support investigations.
Why is a Mirakl order missing from WooCommerce?
The order may not match the configured payment filter, order state filter or Mirakl Shop ID. By default, the workflow imports paid orders in the SHIPPING state. Product or offer matching issues can also prevent an order from being created correctly.
What happens if a product or offer cannot be matched?
The order or stock update may not be completed as expected. Before going live, make sure WooCommerce products can be matched reliably with the corresponding Mirakl offers.
Why are tracking updates not appearing in Mirakl?
Check that the WooCommerce order has been fulfilled and contains the expected carrier and tracking information. Also confirm that the order corresponds to the Mirakl marketplace order and that the correct Mirakl Shop ID is being used when multi-shop is configured.
Why did a WooCommerce stock change not update Mirakl?
The WooCommerce product must be linked to a Mirakl offer. If another system is also managing Mirakl stock, it may overwrite or conflict with WooCommerce-driven updates.
