Primary sync path

Mirakl is the source for marketplace orders and marketplace-side refunds. Eligible Mirakl orders are imported into Shopify every 15 minutes, checking the last 2 hours of orders. Marketplace refunds are checked every 15 minutes, looking back over the last 1 hour. Manual import is available for these scheduled workflows so teams can test, backfill or reprocess specific records.

Shopify is the operational source for fulfilment, stock, price changes and Shopify-side refunds. When relevant Shopify events happen, the integration sends tracking, carrier details, stock levels, price updates and refund information back to Mirakl in near real time.

For stock and fulfilment, Shopify locations can be used to control which warehouses are included. For Mirakl multi-shop setups, a Mirakl Shop ID can be configured so each workflow targets the correct shop.

How often are Mirakl orders imported into Shopify?

The order import workflow runs every 15 minutes and checks the last 2 hours of eligible Mirakl orders. Manual import is also available for testing, backfills or specific support cases.

Why is a Mirakl order missing from Shopify?

The order may not match the configured payment status, order state or Mirakl shop filter. It may also contain products that cannot be matched in Shopify, especially if SKUs or barcodes are missing or inconsistent.

What happens if a product cannot be matched during order import?

If missing product creation is enabled, the integration can create the product in Shopify. If it is disabled, the order will not be imported until the product matching issue is corrected.

Can I test the integration before going live?

Yes. Use manual import for specific orders, limit Mirakl order states, set a Mirakl Shop ID for multi-shop accounts, and restrict Shopify locations where relevant.

Why is tracking not appearing in Mirakl?

The Shopify fulfilment may not include suitable tracking details, or the fulfilment location may be excluded by the location filter. Also check that the order can be matched to the Mirakl marketplace order.

How should I configure stock across multiple Shopify locations?

If any included warehouse can fulfil marketplace orders, you can aggregate stock quantities. If only specific warehouses should be used, restrict the allowed Shopify locations. Do not aggregate stock if the combined quantity cannot really be fulfilled.

How do filters and options affect synchronisation?

Filters such as order state, payment status, Mirakl Shop ID and Shopify location decide which records are included. A record that does not match the configured options will be ignored by that workflow, even if it exists in the source system.
